Thomas A. Little was raised in Burlington. He received his A.B. Degree, magna cum laude, from Bowdoin College, in 1976. He received his J.D. Degree in 1979 from Cornell University, and then served as a law clerk to the Honorable Albert W. Coffrin, Jr., Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court for the District of Vermont. Mr. Little’s practice emphasizes business and corporation law, real estate development, securities and finance, and municipal law.
Mr. Little is a former member of the Vermont House of Representatives and has served as Chairman of the Judiciary Committee. He is a past Chair of the Lawyers Caucus of the National Conference of Higher Education Loan Programs and currently serves as Chancellor of the Episcopal Diocese of Vermont.
